Get your knifes into the freshest and most local of produce, with our large kitchen garden, family-farmed beef, locally shot game and the many foragables from the Harty estate and river estuary shoreline. Chefs work with our Gardening Team to cultivate, crop and utilise quality ingredients to make the mouth watering menus for our AA Rosette restaurant and events venue. But that's not all...
